Oasis Yoga classes in Edinburgh offer you time away from the pressures of everyday life. To focus on the present in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

As I am a keen skier there is an emphasis on improving fitness for sport. There are breathing exercises and, at the end of the class, a period of relaxation.
