Classes
are Hatha Yoga and include breathing exercises, a small amount of
meditation and relaxation as well as asanas (postures). Most asanas
are the same each week so you can build familiarity and see progression.
Others are practised from time to time and new ones are introduced.
Sometimes we work on specific aspects such as hip opening or include
asanas for particular sports or health concerns.
Class sizes
are small and general level classes accommodate different levels
and amounts of Yoga experience. For complete beginners there are
courses when there are sufficient numbers and attendees can then
join any of the other classes.
I also work
on a one to one basis - to suit someone's lifestyle or because they
have specific requirements. I offer personal classes for groups
of work colleagues, friends, social groups etc. The costs for one
to one and personal group classes depend on the location.
